What is Zen Do Kai?
Australia's premier freestyle martial arts system — a holistic discipline balancing Body, Mind and Spirit.
Body
Practical self-defence drawn from multiple martial arts disciplines. Striking, grappling, weapons and conditioning that builds real-world capability.
Mind
A martial art curriculum that develops focus, discipline and strategic thinking. Learn to manage confrontation with awareness and calm.
Spirit
A community built on respect, loyalty and mutual support. Train alongside people who push you to be better — on and off the floor.
Class Schedule
Training Tuesdays and Saturdays at Ranelagh Soldiers Memorial Hall. All welcome — ages 8 to 80+, all experience levels.

From nervous beginners to experienced fighters, ages 8 to 80+. Everyone trains together, everyone supports each other.

A structured grading pathway from white belt to black belt and beyond. You always know where you are and where you are going.
