What to Expect

  • A warm welcome from instructors and students
  • Structured class with warm-up, technique and cool-down
  • Training at your own pace — no pressure, no judgement
  • Classes run approximately 45–60 minutes

What to Wear

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in freely
  • Bare feet on the mat — no shoes required
  • Uniform (gi) required once enrolled — available through the club

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Mouth guard required once training begins (not needed for first visit)
No contact sparring for your first 9 months or until your first grading (whichever comes first). This gives you time to build solid technique and confidence before progressing to contact work.
